Transferred Krisflyer miles to Velocity today. Tried several time to make a booking: Required are 23000 Pts or 17800 Pts plus $59. Every time it says I don't have enough Points. My account shows 18418 Velocity Points. Anybody would know what's wrong?? Thank you I just found out how to fix it!!

The original booking has been made in November 2019 to Tokyo for travel in April/May in 2020, but we all know what happend in March!! ;(

Do I have to book by 31 December so I can use my credit and does the flight/ journey also has to be finished before or at the 31 December. Or can I book and fly in 2023?? I’m a little bit confused here!?? I wonder if some one of the more experienced frequent flyer can clarify?? Thank you.

Should you wait to transfer Altitude points to Krisflyer account considering the Covid situation?? Would like to fly to Japan but not sure if you can fly in 2022??? No time limit on Altitude Account.

Hi Sethor, Received my Altitude Black Master Card last month, looks like they'll try not to honour the extra perks like 150000 Altitude Points and $100 less first annual fee!!?? Queried this on phone and at WP branch. We'll see what happens!? Arguing it's only a replacement card not a new one...

I just went to the bank and told them that they're providing only 50% of the original product and I think that was not part of the deal!! She spoke to the manager and after 5 minutes I had my annual fee reimbursed. Simples ;)

At least they reimbursed the annual fee!! ;) It's only half of the product they're selling for the same fee, so it's only fair!!!!
