Hopefully that one comes back too, one of the best bonus point offers I've seen! Policies for one of our cars was due early January so we paid in advance at the end of December to make sure we go the 10x bonus points! :-)

I agree, I prefer the old 10 Bonus Point offer cause most time I'd end up spending more than the $350 anyway, so would prefer a higher Bonus Point amount than lower limit! :( Oh well, 5 is still really good I guess!

Yeh me too, got the 10 Bonus Points per dollar and did it all over the phone - plus the quote was heaps cheaper than competitors - happy days! :p

Love it! Well done for holding your ground! They don't expect people to be like that so I usually find when I'm firm, they give in - it's just the principle, I hate letting them win when they haven't communicated it properly and have silly rules. They don't seem to get it that they immediately...

Same happened with me, it was so frustrating! In the end I told them I didn't want the card anymore cause I just didn't have the time to fax stuff off to them etc. The next day I got an email congratulating me that my card had been approved?! Go figure! :confused:
