Thanks must be a browser issue...didn't work in Chrome but worked fine in MS Edge.

Normally there is a floating chat icon that displays on bottom right of the page...no longer displays for me. When trying to access chat through the 'Contact Us' link it keeps asking me to log on...even though I am already logged on. Its broken.

That's what I was told the same. Not being a DJs Amex holder I can understand they may maintain the same earn rates but not sure how they can have different redemption rates rates across different products unless DJs has different MR program that can convert directly to Velocity for example....

Same here. I could not find any promo deals. Was looking for flights to LAX Business. price range was between 5-8K oneway during December. October next year found flights at 2.5K oneway. No sign of 40% off business class fares to LA in December.
