A few years ago now but I found the casino in Lima had an ATM with no fee and there was no problelm withdrawing a reasonable amount of cash.

We were in Sth Africa and Namibia in 2017 and the Rand and Namibian Dollar were interchangable; still are I believe. They are tied together on a one to one basis. If fact, I made a withdrawal from an ATM in Namibia and it spat out Sth African Rand!

When I took a subscription, the price quoted depended on where you live. To pay in GBP you needed a UK address. Australian address quoted in USD.

I use the P8. It has just died after 12 years of faithful service (and I use the battery every night). Problem is a new P8 retails at around $500. Let me know if you find a better alternative.

I use a Transcend II travel CPAP with a battery. I sleep on my side with the machine and battery beside me; I pull the blanket over my head and nobody would know I was using my machine...no need to feel embarassed.

You'ld be surprised. A friend of ours had a heart attack at Lima airport and spent the next couple of years in a coma in Peruvian hospitals before passing away. The medical/hospital bills nearly sent the entire family bankrupt. $20m doesn't go far in the Americas.
