    I may be wrong but my understanding is QF doesn't fly SYD-Hamilton Island–only JQ (A320) which wouldn't have Business class.

    This is interesting. The official fees for an international transaction is 4.5% (3% + 1.5%). This is why I have tended not to use this card for overseas purchases. Was this across all international transactions made on the Card on just some than received a favourable exchange rate...

    Occasionally they do check the bags for size if they appear big but don't weigh them at the gate.

    At present, the only way to get an additional cardholder is to fill out a paper application and request one at that time. They are supposedly working on getting a separate form organised for current cardholders but such a form does not yet exist.
