Article: What I Value Most About Qantas Platinum Status

The first class lounge post lockdowns is a shadow of its former self. I am surprised and disappointed the quality and range of food and wines has been scaled back. Of course this has been done across the board, in all Qantas lounges and on all the flights I have taken. The first class lounge may...

    Covid-19 - status pause

I don't think Qanta will, but more enterprising carriers might. Travelling economy: Why should I be expected to further restrict my already cramped space by placing my only piece of carry on luggage, a small, day pack size item, under my feet to make room in the overhead for the guy with a full size (at least) wheelie carry on bag and a bulky suit bag.

New Next Gen Card and Bag Tags have arrived!

Sydney Domestic: Checked in a soft Longchamps easily but could not check in a hard Samonsite suitcase after many attempts trying two machines with the assistance of two charming, if frustrated Qantas staff.
