    Aha, if I understand correctly, you were in what remains of the old golden wings lounge! Darwin flights are very bunched up at, most of them are at noon or midnight, and the lounge gets very full.

    Use of QC lounge on arrival

    Regardless of anything else, beware that the QC will only be open when there are Qantas Flights around. In December I flew DRW-SIN. My flight was at 15:40. Even though I have QC membership meaning I could have accessed the lounge, it closed around 14:00.
