I think that’s why there’s so much value in getting someone local to recommend. :) As a result of taking visitors on walking-tours of Sydney, and those working out so well ‘cos the people running those tours are so enthusiastic & there’re all this interesting facts etc about the place you live...

I’ve always assumed an AmEx lounge would be somewhat 2nd-rate … like a SkyTeam lounge in an airport which wasn’t the home of a SkyTeam member. Probably because anyone with an AmEx can get in. Is that an unfair assumption?

But given it’s for 2, the cost halves c/f for 1, and nobody’s sitting in that middle seat. And it can be booked online. I dunno how good it’d be for one adult trying to lie down, 4.5’ if you’re lucky, that’s trying to sleep pretty curled-up …

I don’t understand how these can work in Y. There’s already not enough legroom, your legs are already splayed in the memeworthy “manspreading” pose … given that a net must be above the floor level it has to mean your feet are moved even closer to you when using it, reducing the available room...
