Weight versus Item count has always miffed me… sure, I get that weight sometimes becomes a WHS issue, but the volume of a bag 7kgs v 10kgs is often the same. I guess that’s the US item model isn’t it where they are unlimited in weight ISTR.

I've always wondered what they mean when the CSM announces "If there's anything we can do to make your flight more comfortable, don't hesitate to ask...". I guess it means you can ask, but doesn't mean they will always attempt to make your flight more comfortable... As usual, it really does...

Pick First Suites on SQ A380 and it shows Premium Economy seat map. Select First and it shows First Suites. It’s not great what is going on. They should’ve delayed go live further again.

Yeah I logged a ticket with them last week when they gave us access again to the beta site for testing. Could see status view on legacy site, but everything occupied on the beta site. I take it that they have gone live again with the new version? It’s still a bit of a mess I’d suggest.
