Was able to get the suite upgrade extended by 3 months from today as a one time courtesy. I was told longer could not be done. If you ask for the same I suggest waiting until the absolute last day to request this, as it seems to make it 3 months from day of extension, not current expiry date + 3...

It just said something like promotion invalid and then had a space to add a promo code. I had recently signed up to the bonus nights promo (stay 10 get 20) so perhaps they prohibited stacking?

Absolutely, call and request a full refund. This error works in your favour! I would ask them to escalate return of the points & surcharges because "you want to use the points for another booking very soon". Might help get the amounts back quicker.

For me, given most recent points come from spend, this in conjunction with surcharges left right and centre is making the game more marginal.I was about to dive into a round of churning, pointing to QF, but will now reconsider. Given I'm likely to drop from WP later this year, I am feeling...
