There has been no major devaluation of Qantas FF since June 2019 (tweaks, yes: such as Emirates changing rewards tables and increasing carrier charges a few years ago. But there have been no major changes to the points required for flights). The next devaluation will be in August 2025.

From my experience the SCs will appear eventually. Usually they come through within hours but sometimes they take days. I think the maximum for me has been 7 days but I’ve never had to put in a “missing SC” application.
