I've just had a similar issue occur. Reward seats booked back from UK to Australia on two separate bookings. PNR had to be split for both flights as my partner's travel plans had to change. One of the flights all seems ok, but for the second flight I have the same banner saying I’m not...

It depends on what your card (digital) says in the app. Usually access is to the end of the following month.

Just as a follow-up, the seat map updated at OLCI opening a few days ago to show the expected 3-3-3-3 layout in Y. We grabbed one of the "honeymoon" seats when it narrows to 2-3-2 towards the rear - thankfully didn't have to pay a seat selection fee again.

Has the new Armani mattress topper found its way onboard yet? Was due to be "later in 2023".

They used to have the 789 out of MEL. Have J booked in the 777 pre-Xmas. Know it won't be as good, but was able to get 2 x reward seats via VA, and obviously better than Y. We get the 388 from AUH to LHR so there is a silver lining!
