    Friend currently flying on Westjet out of Vancouver transiting at LAX and onto Syd on QF tonight. Says he passed through US immigration in Vancouver but is unsure whether his bags are tagged though or does he have to collect them at LAX and deposit them again ?

    IMO the dangerous overtaking moves I’ve witnessed in Italy or France, and the 160kmph tailgating on the German autobahns makes us look like country vicars.

    N class on Cathay ( discount economy) doesn’t earn on QFF, and only 50% on Asia Miles. Otherwise QF SC/ points earn is reduced if CX flight replicates a QF route.

    Watch your speed on the autoroutes too. When you collect a ticket at the first gate it has a time stamp so if you reach the second booth before a calculated time, they know you’ve been speeding and you’ll get a fine.

    Agree with Ade, try it and see. I was invited to a similar Jetstar panel but gave up after a few surveys as, unlike Red Planet, there was no renumeration for my time, just their thanks.

    Yes, and the Vet has to travel in the cargo hold to monitor the animal.

    Air France has just announced it will suspend flying over both Iraqi and Iranian airspace. The Ukrainian 737 manifest included 63 Canadians ant three British amongst the 170 on board.
