Yeah sometimes I got e-mails, sometimes I didn't. What was annoying was for places that were definitely participating as per the map, I didn't get e-mails and had to chase up. Yet places like Enmore Theatre and Factory Theatre which weren't on the map counted (which I'm not complaining about!)...

They closed my 28 Degrees account instead despite giving them the DJs Mastercard numbers ... Clearly did not read my reason for closing which was the high cost of fees 🥴 Edit: ended up cancelling via Amex as well this morning. Guess I'll reapply for the 28 Degrees card in 2025 ...

That's dodgy then because the wording on their paperwork clearly states an annual fee will be charged when a transaction is first initiated or something like that. Nonetheless, I also put in a close account request via the Latitude website. I didn't cancel my DJs Amex, but I did stop using it...
