Out of curiosity, has anyone “recently” booked a flight with offset and received the leaf within 24 hours? Or are those days gone now? (Despite the mentioned “7 days” mentioned in the T&C’s which doesn’t seem accurate anyways)

Here is the reply I got from Qantas Well-being. Looks like you can get the leaf by messaging them when you have 4/5 completed.

There was some anecdotal evidence on the ‘Qantas Points Collectors’ Facebook group that stated one person contacted Well-being support via the app help function and got them to give them the wellbeing quiz reward for a second time in their second year. I’m going to try it so will report back.
