    QF 64 (JNB-SYD) returned to JNB after engine shut down

    Reports coming in that QF64 operating from Johannesburg to Sydney had to turn off an engine shortly after take off. It dumped fuel for an hour then landed. Also it appears that this is the same aircraft that returned to Sydney just a few days ago when operating QF17.
