Would not surprise me. Many businesses delete anything negative and often block the poster of said negativity. It says a lot about that business IMO.

Just checked and no, did not receive any refund. The card sat in the app with a “pending closure” note under it and just notice this has now changed to closed. No final statement issued which is a bit strange.
