Reporting back: checked out on 4 Nov, got standard points credited essentially the next day but no bonus 7 nights (I am silver). Accor plus online chat says I have met requirements though, and the supervisor said will be credited in 30 days. Not sure...waiting game for now...

The email I got said the membership pack will be sent to the registered mailig address in due course, not sure how long that means tho.
