I guess this combined with the domestic DSC really hammering the soft demand moving forward right now.

I wonder what happens if you change an existing CR - would it update to the new price.

20%, Qantas just hasn't updated their T's and C's (20% off is actually 7,360 - I want my 40 points QF)

I got stiffed 80 points booking via call centre.

Online SYD-ADL-SYD showed 22,000 points, but not available on the dates I wanted. Called to get platinum seat releases (which was successful) but agent's system said charge would be 22,080.

Technically correct as normal pricing is 27,600, and 80% of that is 22,080.
