Anyone had their SC land yet?
I did a big (for me) Woolies shop at about lunchtime yesterday. I was about 200 points away from the 2k sweep. I spent about $60 and, combined with a 5x point offer, it got me over the line. The points and SCs were already in my account when I checked at about 6pm.

I assume you would also need to have linked Qantas Frequent Flyer & Woolworths Rewards accounts. (Not saying the OP doesn't, but you never know...)
That I'm not too sure on. Though this is all purely anecdotal, my SO and I both received similar emails but he's never had a Woolworths Rewards account before.

I received an email like the above. I have a Woolworths Rewards account that has my QFF linked.

My SO received a near identical one, however his had an extra line that 10 of those 50 possible SC could be gained simply by making the selection to redeem QFF points via Woolworths. He never had a Woolworths Rewards account prior to that email.

I've not received this email either, but just received one with the subject line "Make your weekly grocery shop count". No mention of SCs :(

To those who haven't received the email, have you signed up for all marketing communications from Qantas? The bottom of the email states:

You can check this by signing in to QFF and going to Profile > Interests and Subscriptions, then scrolling down. Make sure all the below are checked.

Yes, I'm all signed up and have it linked, yet the email I received made no mention of SC. So either this is targeted or QF IT at its best.

Interesting. I've already received the points from Wednesday's shop but not the status credits. (I would have expected them to take longer anyway, so not worried.)

I am in the same boat as you - points arrived fairly quickly, but no sign of SC yet.

In the bad old days, for 10 SCs I to had to do a BNE-SYD flight for $129 or even more. Now I can get the same just by spending $2,000 at Woolies. Wow, that's really something.

On top of the 10 SCs for joining BP rewards, 10 more from Woolies will have me 1/60 of the way to WP requal. Yee har.

This is the second best offer I've had since they comped my status renewal this year after I'd already requalified. My cup runneth over.

cheers skip

Oops, my mistake. I've had another look. The points are there but the status credits directly underneath it are from BP.

Makes sense. The T&Cs say that status credits could take up to 6 weeks to appear, so I would not expect to see them straight away.

Did NOT get an email but changed my Woolworths Rewards redemption over to Qantas QFF points and bought a large amount of groceries to get me over 2000 points. The points transferred within a day, but no status credits have been credited so far.

I need 10 more status credits to get me up to the next tier by the end of the month. If I sign up for the Qantas credit card which is offering 75 SC on eligible purchases, will this do the job ? The reason I ask is because it states in the T&Cs that the SCs could take 6-8 weeks to show up.

Anybody found a creative way to get those extra 40sc on BP?
I know I will never reach that point by myself within two months...

Best I can think of:

I have all options ticked to receive offers in my QF profile, but for years have never received the ones like this that my SO gets. I've tried deleting them all and resetting, but to no avail.

at the least, it's a few more scs to roll over thanks to points club plus. Something tells me that either way, qantas clubs aren't going to be too busy next year.

I really, really dislike the fact that status credits can be earned on anything but flying.
I'm sure you'll get over it when you let go of your elitism. I'm all for anything that allows anyone to get past Qantas' monopolistic tendencies and sense of self-importance
