.....
Hang on ... you haven’t Buzz-ed before!!??

The buzzard lives in ADL and we have met up many occasions.
I have supplied many free/ give a way items for the buzzard tours.
In SYD last year I did mention to buzzard that I would join his final trip.
Most importantly. The buzzard and I survived a memorable night with another AFFer called @jud.... we agreed never to mention this again.

I am only taking the piss and now that I am back in flying mode.

I decided my first AFF wine tour should be the last - LOL.

When i just went in it said 3 tickets were left, I entered my details for 1 ticket, but when I submitted the order the payment website said it was unsucsseful and that something went wrong and to try again.

So I repeated the process for 1 ticket, and it worked BUT I have been charged for 2 tickets :( Somehow in background it found the order where the payment failed (and no confirmation received) and added the redo to it.

I dont need two tickets and also dont want to prevent other people misisng out because of this site error.

Who do I contact to have 1 ticket refunded (yes I know they are non refundable - but I only requested 1)? The Trybooking website has no telephone or email contact details for orders, and nothing in FAQ for this issue.

Hoping @Buzzard cant sort out a refund of the duplicate ticket (and release it for sale, meaning there would be 2 available seats not just 1 remaining) or that someone wants to buy it?

Have bitten the bullet and also booked sale flights, arriving late Fri night late, and departing 18:55 Sunday (latest available flight back to Sydney). I have zero spare leave days this year so have to be back in office Monday morning (or possibly jury duty - eek!); and the first flight Monday morning doesnt land til 8:40am which is tad tight.

I'll sort it out tomorrow afternoon.
One ticket will be refunded.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

It appears Africola is now open for lunch, so I may switch up my plans this year and visit them fresh off the plane on Saturday, and have a relaxed dinner at Shobosho later that night, instead of the reverse pig out that usually occurs.

Ticket booked. My first AFF event. Go easy on us first timers it is a bit intimidating given how well you seem to know each other.

This is only my second AFF event, my first being AFF Gathering #13 in SYD late last year, so you are not the only one who doesnt really know people well. The only way to change that though is to attend though.

We are bringing a friend who hasn't been to any AFF events yet. Don't be shy

If you are attending this tour, please be aware that Rockford will most likely not have any Alicante Bouchet available for tasting or purchase.
The stocks are so low it might even sell out in the next couple of weeks.
I have spoken to Todd and if you would like to purchase some, ring Rockford asap on 08 8563 2720 and place an order which can be kept aside for you until we visit in April. You will need to pay when you order.
Existing Bud Burst Brigade (mailing list members) can get up to 6 bottles and non-members have access to 3 bottles. Stone Wall members can purchase 12 bottles.
Todd will inform Sharon, Phillipa and Bec of this arrangement.

Oh no! Why are stocks so low? Must hike down to my local and buy up! This is my absolute favourite drink! Unless Henley Beach beats me to his namesake.

It’s Mrs Henley beach favourite as well, there could be a sprint on! :p
We get it from west beach cellars, they stock a lot of rockfords

The conditions for growing the grape were dreadful resulting in a poor yield.
There should be 2 or 3 bottles being given away as prizes on the day.

As a mailing list member, I presume if I have already purchased 6 bottles I can't set aside another 6 for my visit?
