Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I've always questioned how they only really review 5 star hotels and business class flights. Granted that may be where the clicks are, but not all of us road warriors are blessed with corporate travel policies that generous, or sufficient seniority.

Travel policies only allowing travel in Y (Y+ if over 12 hours) with coughty cheap hotels aren't unheard of, and no one reviews them from the perspective of a business traveller, besides the odd youtuber in some rare cases.

Just my 2c.

Agree. This was raised by many with David Flynn and his staff but 'Australian Business Traveller' (not to be confused with the much better print plus online 'Business Traveller Asia Pacific') declined to change its policy.

The huge number of ads for super fast cars and expensive watches on what was 'AusBT' was also raised by quite a sizeable number of online contributors before the rebranding but similarly ignored.

This change to 'Executive Traveller' by the former 'AusBT' looks a fail. I can't be bothered visiting this site any more as it's long lost its focus.

Many entities (such as the former Fairfax, now Nine Group newspapers) change their websites for little or no reason. We all must adapt to changing times, but "change for change's sake" is not a good policy.

If money has changed hands in this rebranding of "AusBT", whoever has purchased it may find it's not worth it.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

Also with the hotel reviews of high end hotels, I often find they're for suites or at least mid-level rooms. I'm going to assume most company policies are to book the cheapest room type. Some more reviews of the entry level rooms in hotels would be helpful.

Website: turn off your adblocker to proceed.
Me: turns off website instead.

Haven't been to ausbt since they started that (even with my other nefarious ways to get around adblocking detectors).

I don't mind paying for content, but not "paying" twice (ads and affiliate links). And especially not paying for rehashed press releases.
