I have the PNR for Alaska Airlines segment as part of a QF multi-trip booking.

Is it possible to do online seat reservation?

Cannot do it through QF site or directly through the Alaska site. Alaska says :

The seat map for this flight is currently unavailable. Please check back later for seat assignments. Seats may be available within 24 hours of departure at check-in, or through an Airport Customer Service Agent on the day of departure.

I was on an AS flight last year booked on an AA code. I DM’d AS twitter with my PNR and requested seat and they sorted it out. The website wouldn’t work for the AA booking. I’m sure it’s the same for QF.

Similarly, I was on an Alaska Airlines flight as part of a Qantas trip booking. Qantas advised me that I had to phone Alaska to get a seat allocation, which I did.
