Awards not available on Asiana Club

I have found multiple air new zealand saver economy awards with united, ana and singapore's call centers/websites. However, when calling asiana club to book, the call agents said they could not see any seats whatsoever. I even quoted the flight number and time but they said they could not see any seats what so ever. Have tried HUCA and different call centers in Korea, Sydney and Hong Kong. Has anyone experienced this? What should be the best course of action for me?

Called Singapore for SYD to AKL found 2 award flights (nz706 and nz 708). On united and ana, there are more awards (nz 1**, etc). Then called asiana and can redeem for the availability from singapore airlines. Why is united and ANA's awards not showing up on Singapore or Asiana's systems?

United's website shows availablility on their website, also shows on ANA's website. Calling Singapore Airlines said they could only see 2 air new zealand flights for redemption when the others showed 4 or more. Calling asiana club the agents repeatedly said 'no seat available that day'. Ask to check flight number and said 'No avability on that flight.'

Not an Asiana award flight but Air New Zealand so can't book online. Only way to book is to call. Link in that thread redirected me to the flyasiana.com homepage so not working.
