I’m all for taking a break, sitting down and stuffing your face full of cookies when life gets you down. But the QANTAS iPhone APP has been frustratingly munted after having too big a cookie for a week now. Gosh dammit... I’m going to have to get out of my bed and book these flights on my computer. No resets, app refreshes or updates seem to fix the problem.

Anyone else not going anywhere thanks to their app? I wish it would stop telling me i’m A bad person just because I’m requesting its cookie bloated butt to find me some flights.

Does the web interface work in Safari on the same device?

I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app, if you haven't done that yet.

Given that the error is related to cookies - i.e. local app data - consider clearing the app's cache and/or all app data and then restarting. Worst case, uninstall/reinstall.

My app (android) has been stuck on the logo page for weeks. Uninstall and reinstall hasn't done squat .

Done and done. Sadly no joy.

Not familiar with how iPhones cache cookies, but suggesting clearing your cookies (at least for qantas.com) in Safari as well. Suspect apps might just use the browser cookies. In fact, now that I type that, its ringing some bells, so feel relatively confident this will resolve your problem.
