ANZ points to Velocity transfer

Hi Everyone
I must admit to being unfamiliar with all this posting etc but here goes. I have aprox 100K of ANZ points, should I take up the offer available till the end of Nov & transfer to my Velocity account with the 30% bonus?

really? Last may it was 50% bonus, i'm contemplating whether to transfer or not
