Exec room not offered on NOR1 upgrade Sydney

I am HH Gold and later in 2019 I have booked a stay at the Hilton Sydney for 4 nights. I have booked a King Hilton Guest room. We have stayed at the HS a few times in the past few years and each time been upgraded to an Exec room.
I notice that in the options for a NOR1 upgrade that there is no option to chose an Exec room. There is King deluxe, Relaxation room and Relaxation suite.
My query is that maybe there is no upgrade anymore for Gold HH at the HS?? I know the rules say a level higher blah blah but we have been upgraded from the lowest room to an Exec room in the past.
Does the fact that there is no NOR1 upgrade option to Exec mean that we have no chance of being upgraded?

I know it is a lottery if you do or don't get upgraded but if definitely not then we can explore other options.

Wouldn't think so. Possibly just higher sales of Exec Rooms on those dates.

Hilton SYD would pretty much always upgrade you to an Exec as Gold so they don’t have to give you breakfast at Glass
