Hi from Corfu - Ist time poster arrived minus 1 bag ☹️ Sad as it’s the key sailing safety gear bag. Will let u know how BA handles it all - am QF Platinum, looking forward to being part of the community - next trip Ireland & Switzerland in December.

BAG UPDATE:

1) 21/10: Received the following message from Corfu Airport: 2hrs after arriving Corfu

According to the new forward message had from British Airways, you bag will be sent via Athens tomorrow 22 October to Corfu airport. Asap will be arranged the delivery to your accommodation.

2) 22/10: Arrived at Hotel 1300 hrs - Bag delivered to Hotel

BA flew Bag to Athens - Olympic Airlines flew Bag to Corfu.

Have to say well done BA, 3 cheers.

Welocome to AFF. Lost my bag in Chicago about 4 yrs ago. Took 3 weeks before it was returned to me.
 
Welcome. Hope it all works out ok.
 
Hopefully they find your bag but try and get someone else apart from BA to look for it.They lost our bags on a flight from Philly to Orly.After the first 2 days the response was we have delivered them and no further response was forthcoming.
The Concierge at the Marriott Amsterdam finally found them at the Left baggage at Schipol.BA wouldn't even arrange for them to be sent to our hotel.
