I’m having a lot of trouble finding a lightweight wheeled backpack that will fit the 105cm domestic carry on requirement. I keep finding ones that are the right size, but too heavy or that are really light, but too big. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Apologies only just visited this thread. I have a Victronix (I think that's how it is spelt) which meets all the size and weight requirements. The one down-side with these that convert from wheelie to backpack is that the wheelbase is not as wide as those on a regular carry on, and the bag tends to wobble about when your'e in a rush. Before you buy, also check that the straps/buckles to convert are easy to changeover, I had to modify mine as the straps were just about impossible to remove to connect for backpacking mode. With a little creative use of a couple of spare straps from an old bag which had the usual buckles. Despite the issues, I am happy to use it for the convenience of being handsfree when on the back.
