My partner and myself are travelling to Seattle via Honolulu on the 8 Aug, Business & First Class. As per Hawaiian Airlines site there is lounge access available at Brisbane, however when you look at BNE website there is nothing to suggest this.I contacted Hawaiian about this and all the reply was,you can use the lounge at Honolulu only as there is nothing in Seattle for the return journey also.At the very least they should remove this information from their website.Has anyone else had a similar situation with Hawaiian or is my information incorrect. This was booked with a travel agent, not that this is relevant as their website is useless at connecting flights and i have done this many times before with other airlines. Thanks for any info .Terry.

The airlines website has a page that lists (under "International Lounges (Operated by Partner Airlines/Third Party ")

Brisbane Australia 4th level

What Lounge is in that location?

That is my query as well,i have sent an email directly to Plaza Premium for a definitive answer.

Good morning Terry,

Thank you for contacting us at the Plaza Premium Lounge Australia.

We can confirm, that with your Business Class ticket on Hawaiian Airlines you are eligible to use our Lounge in Brisbane.

Hawaiian Airlines will issue you a Lounge pass voucher upon check in with your flight.

We look forward to meeting you, and if we may assist you with anything further, please contact our team.

Terry SEA to HNL is considered domestic flight. Which frames the response to lounging.

Overall I find the airports more interesting in the states and HI one of the better more relaxed airlines.
