Just saw this offer. You only have to make 1 transaction to get the points. $150 fee essentially. Seems good to me.

Same with the ANZ Black Card.

Maybe. Having to make only one transaction rather than spend thousands of dollars is an improvements IMHO.

If you spend 'thousands' over a few months anyway, I prefer free points with no fee for them.
Every one has a different situation though.
If one has to manufacture spend to make the threshold, I agree a fee with single transaction trigger may be more attractive

Doesn't seem that easy. Received my 65000 points but on my statement I received the $295 fee but not the $150 credit. Time to call them.
