Reliable hire car in Melbourne

I'm seeking a recommendation for a hire car and driver in Melbourne please.

My 80 year old sister in law is travelling to Melbourne next week and out to Ferntree Gully. My wife (her sister) would normally accompany her but she is already in Melbourne - third sister is ill. I need a reliable driver to meet my SIL at the usual spot in the terminal and assist her getting her suitcase off the carousel. She is able to walk (slowly) but a suitcase will be a bit much for her. Then a trip out to Ferntree Gully - not an insignificant drive.

We use a chauffeur service to and from MEL airport from the Mornington Peninsula - Rob Taylor [email protected] / 0425 833 555. Very reliable/punctual & immaculate Mercedes car. If Ferntree Gully wasn't within his range I'm sure he could recommend someone to you.
