SQ points transfer

Hi All
SQ can’t offer me award seats on United even though United is showing availability for their members for the flight I need.
Anyone know how to transfer SQ points to United?

Once they are SQ Krisflyer points they can only be moved to velocity with a 1.35:1 conversion

Is United showing Saver or Everyday award availability? If it's the latter, the same flights won't be available to any UA partner airlines.

KF points can only be transferred to VFF.
No UA or DL or any other.

You may be able to get from SQ to UA via points.com but I haven't checked. Not sure it would be a favourable transfer though.
