Ah, you're right. I understand your point. To the consumer, not much will be different in that case - we will still be needing to wait 'up to 8 weeks' for points to be debited into QF account, yes ?

They used to credit within 30 days, so CT have given us some insight into why things have changed - QF now won't give us the points until they've got the cash from the retailer. Probably looks better to the beancounters........

I nearly fell off my chair, it appears some Woolies transactions have finally posted via the QF mall. I have received 3 transactions and SWMBO has received QFF points for 6 transactions dating back from 11th March.

Some transactions are More than 8 weeks late, and required plenty of emails going backwards and forwards between myself and the outsourced QFF service centre, but finally they have arrived.

I wonder how long until the rest of the Qantas Mall transactions from other retailers will post correctly?

My goodness you're right, they have too :) And yes I also had the same reaction..

In my instance QF points have been given for 4 transactions from 29mar-5may.
No news on those from JDSports.

Also I'm new, sorry, what does SWMBO stand for?

I know it’s like someone pushed the button today. Lol

SWMBO = She Who Must Be Obeyed. :)

Same here, qantas points from woolies online purchases have landed all at once today...Im having difficulty matching back orders made when the qantas mall had 2 points vs 4 points per $1 spent at woolies. Better late than never I guess!

Yes,me too! My points have finally arrived from 7 Woolworths online shops ( via the mall) the first one dating 20 March. Hopefully the rest will arrive eventually!

I have just stumbled upon a way to track your Qantas Mall purchases and the pending QFF points.
Buried on the confirmation email that is Auto- generated from the Qantas Mall, is now a link to track “ shopping history”.
This link opens up all your transactions recorded at the Qantas Mall and the progress of transactions in terms of being allocated QFF points.

This same link to track “ shopping history” can also be found deep amongst the Qantas Mall FAQ section under “ How can I See how many points I’m due to earn”.

This is a great positive step to help members track Qantas Mall purchases, although it’s very disappointing that over the past 5 phone calls I have made to the offshore QFF service centre in recent days, no one has had the hindsight to mention this link exists.

Truth be told they probably aren't even aware the link exists.

Undoubtedly. I believe as the complexity of the nature of the calls increases, the ability of the call centre to be on top of their game has become significantly more challenging for them, as evident by the plethora of issues many of us are currently experiencing with QFF.

When I go into the Online Mall, there is a tab along the top that says Shopping History (in between All Stores and My Card Offers)

I've had Qantas decline points on one of my purchases. They say they will investigate after 90 days. Has anyone else had points declined (no reason given)?

Cool Cat Phil, you are a legend!! I cant believe I never saw the link!

JDSports have still not credited my points from purchases made in April and May of this year so it's good to know they're still "pending"

Sorry edcba, no experience on my end with declined qantas ff points

Can I ask if anyone chooses purchasing through online mall over apps like shopback? And if so, what's your reasoning ? TIA :)

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Currently, a promotion is on for 4 WW points per $1 spent online via the Qantas Mall. Ends 13/09/18 as far as I can tell.

Interesting change on the conditions for that offer:

Qantas points will not be earned on the purchase of gift cards or orders redeemed with a gift card.

ive just found out about this whole qantas mall and woolwroths online deal,

ive never used online as I prefer to go instore,

but the conveinece of not having to pick out some groceris is pretty cool

so assuming order redeemed with gift cards still works,

is using 5% off wish cards, PLUS 2ppd via qantas mall, the best way to get the most points???

my last 4 transactions on my purhcase history are coming as 0 points,

i used gift cards for all purchases

has the ship sailed?
