Hilton Premium Club now Hilton Dining Asia Pacific

The Hilton Premium Club Asia is being re-branded as Hilton Dining Asia Pacific as of 17th July 2018.

It is a significant change, though it is still very easy to get much more than 8,000THB fee in value from the card.

My take is the dining benefits will largely stay the same (ie 50% discount using the vouchers rather than the card) but you will have more venues to use them.

The 20% off transfers and room service are a nice addition but the loss of the 50% off BAR and buy one night get one free on BAR and the Conrad Koh Samui specific discount rates are a big loss (slightly offset by the free night certificate).

The buy one get one free spa voucher is gone as well which was a lot of value at CKS.

I was able to renew under the old benefits (which apparently existing members can do, this may end after 17th July I don't know) New members are supposed to be under the new benefits according to the site.
