Photos in Conversations

Is it possible to post photos in a conversation? The "upload a file" option doesn't seem to come up and I don't seem to be able to copy & post into the conversation

Are you referring to conversations or general posts?-still can't see the option in conversation

Uploading of attachments in conversations is not permitted.

I mistook the terminology forgetting that 'conversation' is the new term for personal message.
