Changi Airport Arrival Lounge/s ??

Are there any lounges in Changi for ARRIVING J passengers to use ? I have an award almost-Circle trip around Asia with SQ in October, and i am wondering if there are any lounges arriving passengers can use to freshen up, etc, when they first hit town early-ish in the morning.

As a single level airport you can access any lounges on arrival that you have access to (although may have to collect luggage from lost luggage).

If one of your tickets is a transit (less than 24hrs at Changi) you can redeem Changi dollars ($20). Changi Transit Programme

You can use these towards paying for lounge access if need be, quite a few accept them.

I've used the Dnata lounge in T3 upon arrival with my PP access and had a shower/breakfast in the lounge, and then gone out for my meetings.
Come back to the same lounge had a shower & dinner and boarded my flight home.
