Is it just me or are other people having problems with the IHG website. slow and almost impossible to use ??

Desperately seeking a way to return to the old-style search for hotels/rooms. It is very hard now and takes many clicks and page reloads to compare prices... :(
 
Strangely enough just this week I logged on for the first time in over 3 years as some IHG properties looked like viable options for stays later in 2018. Website was so awful I dismissed them as options and looked elsewhere.
 
They are using that tile design and managed to completely mess up the ability to compare properties; or get sneak peeks at room type pricing ..not to mention it is now very slow in the browser. All these companies are making tile sites; blocky like an app without the power/speed and removing most of the benefits of having the site load on a full computer. SPG has done this to a degree recently as well but IHG is by far the worst implementation thus far.
 
Changes look awful. Most recent changes to websites including SQ changes are awful.

I mainly use a desktop/laptop to view these websites which could explain the issue.
