Conversion to QF bonus points offer

Points from prior period posted 18/12 (transaction date 15/12).

But the EDR site not showing next date of transfer.
 
Got a reply from Qantas:

"Thank you for contacting the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre.

To assess your claim for your Qantas Bonus points, please send us the screenshot of the promo and confirmation of the date and time you selected Woolworths Rewards Convert to Qantas Points. Once we have the documents, we'll process and credit the points if the transaction is eligible. Please send your documents by return email to [email protected]".

Fact is I deleted the email as soon as I had changed my preferences... as why would I need to keep the email to prove my change further down the track?

This seems to be a long-running issue. I had a 5000 point offer on 22 June which was supposed to be transferred in the 15 Sept sweep. I didn’t find an email address that would pick up the complaint until 27 Nov when I got a similar email to above:

I did that fairly promptly and continued to chase them with no progress until this week when they said they couldn’t discuss it further by email! Spoke to the QFF call centre on Friday and spoke to one CS agent who put me through to a very confused CS at Woolworths wondering why I’d called them about a QFF offer and couldn’t transfer me back, and then another saying it had been escalated earlier that day and that I should receive the points - through QFF not WR - “soon”. I’m not holding my breath.
 
Well - after sending Qantas a screenshot of my Woolies account showing the date I made the switch to push points to Qantas instead of Woolies, within 1 day they have sent me 5k points straight away!

Mine arrived yesterday after raising the issue 6 weeks ago. Sigh, only 1k rather than 5k arrived. Complain complain.

Can you send your screenshot?

Sigh, what, again? OK.

Extra 4k arrived later today.

Hardest easy 5000 points ever.
 
I sent them an email with screenshots. They replied and said woolworths reward bonus points take 6-8 weeks to be credited... Sigh.
 
After successfully getting my bonus points quickly in January by using that email ,we now have a problem again - this time with my husbands bonus points which should have appeared after his march 15 transfer - this time we just get an automated message saying they will contact us but a week later am still waiting. Not impressed. I think we will convert both back to Woolies points as I can't be bothered with dealing with all this incompetence on their part.
 
I ended up getting my points (see earlier posts), but didn't get swept to qantas in the March 15 quarterly sweep because the balance was below 2000 (I'm not much of a Woolies shopper). My fault for not reading the fine print, so I have to wait until June now.
