AFF Post Audit Date/Time

I have noticed an issue with the time displayed for the last post in a thread. If within the last hour it's reported correctly but for older posts they can appear to have been posted later than current time zone. Not sure if that's an issue with my smartphone but it can be confusing.

Also looking "I'm in the Qantas lounge" thread there are posts from me on 21 Dec 17 and 25 Dec 17. That's not right. It should be 22 Dec 17 and 26 Dec 17 so not sure what's going wrong there.

When the forums moved from vBulletin to Xenforo every single users timezone was reset to UTC-11. In settings, you need to set your time zone to where you actually are.

This was explained in the thread Housekeeping on Xenforo.
