As with a few of the Asian carriers, KE is pretty punctual to and from Oz.

That was untrue today (Tuesday 27 October 2015) with B773ER HL8218 taking off from SYD at 1023 (about an hour late) and arrival tonight in ICN expected at 1829 in lieu of 1740.

KE121 from ICN to SYD, the 1845 hours 22 December 2015 flight took off at 2001 and hence will arrive 44 minutes late on 23 December at 0739 with A380 HL7613 adding to the number of large Airbuses in Sydney this morning. Quite a good airport to spot A380s from a variety of operators, including CZ, EK, EY, QF, SQ and now KE.

KE122 is timetabled back to ICN at 0900 ex SYD so it will be late this morning.

The ICN - BNE KE123 arriving on Teusday 5 January 2016 (A333 HL8025) took off on 4 January at 2120, 105 minutes after its gate departure time of 1935, and should arrive at about 0740, 80 minutes late. As the returning KE124 ex BNE is timetabled to depart at 0825 AEST, it will be a minimum of 50 minutes late.

KE121 into SYD on Friday 8 January ex ICN is about 45 minutes late and should be at the gate at 0740. A380 HL7619 is the aircraft.

Some media outlets report HND closed at least temporarily. However there is some flight activity so maybe only the runway closed

Hopefully Australia's only flight into HND QF25 which arrives early tomorrow morning just before sunrise will not be affected.

On Thursday 21 July, KE123, the Wednesday 20 July 2005 ICN - BNE that was airborne at 2104 should arrive BNE at about 0742 hours, 52 minutes tardy. HL8026 (A333) is the conveyance.

Thursday 18 August 2016 sees KE122 (0745 hours SYD up to ICN, A333 HL8002) not having been airborne until 0843. Arrival should be at around 1830 this evening, 45 minutes behind time.

Saturday 26 November has seen a very large 88 millimetres of rain at BNE (airport, but not the city, showing how localised it can be) between 0615 and 0830 hours AEST.

KE124, the 0825 hours BNE - ICN (A333 HL8025) pushed back at about 1019 but there is quite a queue for ATC takeoff permission so if it has to wait, it won't be in ICN until at least an hour after its scheduled arrival of 1735.

It is rare for KE to be delayed into or out of Oz, but Thursday 19 October 2017 is an exception with B748 HL7633, the Wednesday 18 1915 hours ICN - SYD overnight that was airborne at 2201 likely to arrive SYD at about 0920, 135 minutes tardy. KE122, the 0855 hours back to ICN will be unable to depart much before 1100.

KE does not often run late to or from Oz but Friday 15 February 2019 sees A380 HL7621 on KE121 from ICN down to SYD likely to arrive at 0737 hours, 42 minutes tardy.
