Reciprocal .. but if I had booked to go, I now wouldn't be going anyway.

Leaving for overseas on Monday, and I was going to put an investment property on the market when I return; I saw the agent yesterday to get wheels turning. Got a pre-emptive offer, at full asking price this morning. I'm as cynical and glass-half-empty as they come, but this appears genuine, so frantic calls and e-mails to solicitor, accountant, property manager, financial adviser through the day, as I'm out of action tomorrow, driving to Launceston to flog new book. Oh, and finishing off a 10,000 word chapter for uni supervisors for lodging on Monday.

When I get on that plane next week, I'll join you all in some Champagne
