Hi all, Looking for upgrade options SYD to BNE in upcoming Jan
Ticket purchased from Air NZ which included AKL to SYD, NZ numbered and operated flight.
SYD to BNE also on the same ticket, ticketed as NZ1716. which is a QF operated flight (QF516).

Just checking are people recommend to add "A/C" after your surname on the application form? Been told on the phone that as a Primary cardholder I can not have an additional or supplementary card under my name. Is the A/C features only available to Plat Charge or does other card types okay too.
