I used MyUS the forward address. Speaking with the mobile NO. Ask your us friend to verify Google Mobile NO to your Google account. Done. I applied by logging on my Au account then click US site to apply the card. NOT VIA the phone.Which took me 20+calls to US fix the issue.

You don't need US bill. The way I got my US Amex is: US address, and US phone number. The only problem is most of US fraud staffs don't familiar with Global transfer. When they froze your card (most likely when you swap more than $100), tell them to do a 3 ways talk with AU Amex to certify...

Ok ,i just hanged up with Amex Fraud Hotline. My story is bit diffenet. I got the card throug the Amex US by using my AU information and Au driver licence . Approved in 24 hours, no more paperworks been asked . Got the card from forwarder 10 days later , changed all the information to Australia...

If your parents MR is same system, I mean like gateway. It should be fine. You can't transfer Dad`MR to Mum's SQ account.
