We were refunded on 28th July our entire 600k points and cash for our 1st August Sydney to London. Probably took twice as long as what they promised to get the refund when they made the announcement.

I called up Southern Cross Travel Insurance and they offered a full refund for our Europe trip in August (policy taken out in December). No issues or offers of credit so I'm pretty pleased.

I had to de-register my device and then register the phone again. See if that works for you. And I agree the website is looking much better. It's a step in the right direction, although still some way off from others like CBA.

I actually had the opposite problem. Got credited the annual fee paid without even asking but got put through a headache-inducing rigmarole in getting the new $0 offer. Citi's always been a bit strange with its inconsistency.

Had to call Citi this morning to remove a block on an Amazon transaction of less than $300. No attempt had been made to call me either! For some reason they only blocked 1 out of the 3 Amazon purchases I'd made that night. And this was after I'd put through $10,000 worth of overseas purchases...
