Took the family (5A + 1C) to Vietnam for a brilliant 8 day trip - Saigon, Hue and Hoi An. Booked Y+ for the overnight flight home, it was only $180 extra per seat. I was originally going to leave our lads in Y, however the "nice dad" genes kicked in! Anyhoo, while there we received an email...

After the green tier and other flights posting, she was at 675SCs. Did a BNE-CNS return on 26th- JQ Plus to CNS and QF to BNE = 30SCs. Took 3 days for the JQ flight to credit. GOLD :)

12 Sep: Friends on QF1 SIN-LHR - both Bronze. Y was full. Both Y -> U upgrades confirmed around 24 hours prior to flight.

The last one to post was the $1 marketplace green shipping. The flight offset was ~24 hours. She's at 645SCs with the 50SCs from Green tier. 2 x 15SC flights in the system for next week = 675SCs. 1 way to CNS on JQ Max = $186 = 30SCs. I might go with her :) Oh and her ANZ Black FF...

Hi team, long time no visit :) Mrs willyroo (VA Gold) is looking at BNE-LHR return in March. Any ideas on points needed to book into Premium or Economy? Looking at SQ as it's only 1 stop. TIA

Hi guys - just trying to get some (5!) seats on EK, using QFF points, to a destination that requires an assisted booking. The QF CS team sees EK availability 353 (or thereabouts) days out. QF is going to waive the fee in this case, however if you're really keen on a seat in the premium cabin...
