Fairly obvious as I had a 5 times point bonus, I check my balance and keep tabs on this stuff regularly, so if I spent 10k one month during the bonus its obvious that I'm down the 40,000 bonus points for that month.
Following with interest. I've had a 5 times point promotion email for Feb,March and April!, un capped. I can see a few phone calls coming up. I too shifted my spending the last 3 months with some large purchases.
Yeh its BS isnt it. 19th of March and still nothing here. It always amazes me how at the stroke of midnight at the end of the month your credits are ripped off your account yet the crediting is like getting blood from a stone. Not to mention promotions that say "may take 10 weeks to credit"...why???

My newbie question to this is whats the actual mechanics of making this sort of booking. I use Krisflyer mainly. Do you have to use the call centre to do these bookings? Or through star alliance itself? Not sure how you actually start researching or booking it. Thanks in advance.
