Speaking of a FICO score, can anyone explain how/why AMEX changed their index? I applied for the Marriott Bonvoy June 2023 and received a score in the 9000s after Sept 2023, but from Jan 2024, my score is now in the 700s.

Funny you mention that, I've signed up the same family member (i.e., not a pet lol) multiple times after Amex confirmed it was fine to do this. However first, I made sure that this family member had all previous supp cards cancelled, and I then wait at least a few months before signing them up...
