Guys so after calling them 4-5 times, today i managed to successfully get 100k points as retention for my platinum charge card.

It’s the lowest, but you can try to call up to see if it can be done.

I’m five star just need to contact amex.

Takes about a few weeks for offers to come up.

Claim has been approved yesterday, and payment has posted today in my bank. Was quick and easy process.

Has anyone does the front screen repair claim? How smooth was the process? I just did a claim for front screen repair. Chubb sent an email saying “ Receipts of the repair showing the cause of damage and the make / model & serial number of your mobile phone” so the repairer needs to put down why...
