I have regularly been transferring points from Accor via their survey platform to Qantas.Now Accor tell me they are unable to do this as their is an issue with Qantas.Before i try to obtain a response from Qantas,is there any body with any advice or is in the same position.Thanks Terry

I have had success with claiming all the missing points,after two phone calls to QFF,I was amazed both calls took under 5 mins to be answered,i hope other's have had as much success as me.✈:) 1591064505 I forgot to add this was in the middle of the day,during the working week. :)
